Hey Hey, how is every body doing, now I just did a painting of this girl that is inspired a lot by Sui Ishida, he is very well known for Tokyo Ghoul . His manga is scary and gory but it is very interesting as well, this is because his manga always has the theme of loneliness and pain which pair really well with every main character in his manga.
In addition, his art style is affected by his theme so all of his works look really sad and depressed. Also, he produces this sad and lonely feel to his artwork by using colour such as red, blue, light pink and purple. So in this painting, I used the same colour palette as him but I also used a different painting style which give this painting a happy feel instead the sad and depressed feel.
furthermore, the reason why I did this painting is mostly for practising for my first brief which is the plein air because I really want to get better at painting using Photoshop and Medibang Paint Pro. While doing this painting, I found out three more useful brushes that I really like, these brushes are the acrylic brush, the watercolour soft brush and the airbrush. By using these brushes I was able to create this final painting, enjoy guys 🙂 😉
